IUD Corporation acquired the share holding of two leading Ukrainian Pipe Plants: OJSC Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant (76%), OJSC Dnepropetrovsk Pipe Plant (24 %). The share of the aforesaid enterprises in the total pipe output in Ukraine exceeded 30%.

Industrial Union of Donbass and State Property Committee of Uzbekistan signed the Agreement of purchase and sale of the share holding, amounting to 39% of the authorized capital of UzNephteGazStroy company - an integral part of UzbekNephteGaz complex.
UzNephteGazStroy specializes in construction-and-assembling operations in oil and gas complex of Uzbekistan.

IUD Corporation was awarded the contract for supply of gas to the European Economic Community in accordance with Funded Fuel Gap Program, Ukraine. The aforesaid program provided for electricity production in place of Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Among the bidders were four companies from Russia, Germany and Ukraine.
