IUD Corporation reconstructed and fully refurbished Dianovskaya Poultry Factory, which had not been in operation for the period of 4 years. At present the factory shows high performance due to modern broiler technologies (Holland). The capacity of the Poultry Factory is 4,7 thousand tons per year. The investment in the aforesaid project exceeded $2 mln.

IUD Corporation initiated the intergovernmental program of interchanging supplies with Uzbekistan. In 2000 the share of IUD supplies (in the actual commodity turnover between Ukraine and Uzbekistan) was 80%.
September
The Corporation became one of the founders of UkrUgleMash Business Concern. IUD transferred to the Concern the shares of the privatized engineering plants. At present UkrUgleMash is the key operator in the market of industrial equipment and plants for coal-mining industry.
October
IUD Corporation and Kharstyzsk Pipe Plant accomplished a new joint project, resulting in putting into operation the Pipe Manufacturing Line. It enabled to manufacture pipes with one longitudinal seam, (diameter: 914-1067 mm, length: 12 m) without transverse seam. The funds invested by IUD in equipment procurement amounted to USD 14 mln.
