S.A. Taruta launched his career at AzovStal Steel Mill where he headed Department of Foreign Economic Relations. Since 1995 he has been the permanent Director of Industrial Union of Donbass Corporation. In 2001 S.A. Taruta was elected Chairman of the Board. He heads the Supervisory Board of JSC ‘Khartsyzsk Pipe Mill’ and is a member of the Supervisory Board of OJSC ‘AzovStal’. |

O.A.Mkrtchan was the director of the foreign trade company in Uzhgorod. He joined ‘IUD’ Corporation in 1997 as the Head of Metallurgical Department. In 2001 he was appointed Director General. O. A. Mkrtchan is a member of the Supervisory Board of OJSC ‘AzovStal’ and JSC ‘Khartsyzsk Pipe Mill’ |

Alexander A. Pilipenko
Director Corporate Rights & Investments, 46 years old, Graduated from the State University (Kiev), Cand. Sc. (Econ.).
A. A. Pilipenko headed ‘TsDC Holding’ corporation in Kiev. In 1996 he joined ‘Donetsk Iron & Steel Works’ as Director (Economy). Prior to joining ‘IUD’ Corporation he held the position of the First Vice Chairman of the Board at Iron & Steel Works. At present A. A. Pilipenko is a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC ‘Dnepropetrovsk Pipe Mill’. |

Valery V. Naumenko
Sales & Marketing Director, 42 years old, Graduated from Steel & Alloy Institute (Moscow).
V. V. Naumenko launched his career at ‘EnergoMashSpetsStal’ (Kramatorsk) as a job foreman and later he held the position of the Head of Production (1984-1993). He joined ‘Makdom Stell’ UkrAsian-Swiss company as a senior expert of Expert Office. For several years he has headed the Department of Foreign Economic Relations at ‘Steel Mill’ (Makeevka). V. Naumenko has been holding the above position in ‘IUD’ Corporation since 1996. |
