Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant, one of the oldest steel mills of South-Eastern Ukraine is Án integrated steel producer.
Nowadays it is a leading plant in Ukrainian industry operating 7 main shops: a sintering plant, a blast-furnace plant, a blooming shop, a rolling mill, plate mills №1 and №2.
Over 15 thousand people work at AMK. Its General Director is Taras G. Shevchenko.
